Once the
storage customer signs their lease, I take them to the unit and there are a few supplies in it.
I include a mattress cover, a marker and tape.
I tell them I can just add that to their bill or take them back. They usually keep something.
Then, when we walk back to the office, I ring it all out.
(kind of like the hotels who leave you expensive bottles of water in the room)
