People moving anything that is heavy at all will realize they won't have the luxury of loading docks and dollies at their new residence and might purchase the moving disks to make the transition from storage unit to living room easier!

LOL Furniture storage is pretty cheap. Shame shame for having a messy house with so much storage around you all day at work.

I've never had a garage sale, but my wife does them at least once a summer. She gets in a frenzy going through all the closets.
