A property management company is not required to offer furniture storage for tenants who are evicted for non-payment.

Default Cleaning Out Abandoned Rental Units
realestate management may be forced to remove items in a rental unit if the tenant becomes delinquent. The items could be sold or thrown away, but it is never the responsibility of the management firm to put abandoned items in storage units .
