Default Nasty Little Complaints

You know how you can eliminate a lot of those nasty little self storage complaints that come your way? By staying in touch with your customers through their entire stay. It's easy to let their complaints pile up over time, but when they finally topple over on you, you are going to wish that you had done something proactively to get rid of a few of them. It may seem like more work, but take your complaints seriously and address them as they come up; in the end, you will be happy that you did.
