While you may not think so at first, you are not going to have as much trouble dealing with self storage complaints if you leave yourself very open to them. The more that you keep your mind open, the more that your customers are going to admire you for it. And really, the trick behind resolving these complaints is convincing your customers that you really, truly care! (Of course, if you ACTUALLY care, then you are not going to have to do very much convincing in these regards!)
