Today, an RV pulled into the parking lot and ran into the corner of the building! I couldn't believe it!!!

It was one of those really big Class A types - you know the huge!! ones!.

Needless to say, he didn't rent RV storage since we don't allow cars to be stored for repair work on the property.

Not too much damage to the property, but it did make a nice hole in the exterior - the RV was a lot worse! He backed into it full throttle AAHHH!

We once had a tenant who had become delinquent on their unit. When the manager finally had to open the space to prepare it for auction all that was kept in there was pet food storage.

I mean, there was bird food, cat food, dog food, you name it!

All of it was still within the expiration date, and did sell at the self storage auction.
