Default Avoid Legal Headaches

Creating a quality assurance manual or policy that outlines the various ways employees will be monitored can save self storage owners a lot of legal headache down the road.

Default Quality Employees

When storing my household goods at a Georgia storage facility, I was told that the excellent customer service was due to the instructive nature of their Georgia storage company employee manual.

I had a storage unit in Kentucky that had very proficient employees.
